“I’ve been surrounded by amazing musicians my entire life, whether in Dad’s bands or artists I worked with later. I love to play music, but my passion is in helping others achieve their own greatness. I’ve spent countless hours in the studio and in live performance situations, I worked as a young music producer from the age of 17; back in the earliest days of digital recording. I feel lucky though, to have grown up in the age of Analog recording. I witnessed the birth of digital, as I was studying aligning Studer 2″ tape machines the earliest versions of Pro Tools and digital tape recorders were appearing. This is where my passion for computers and technology really became my greatest asset. In learning my craft I’ve also gone deep into computer science, engineering, system design and support. I’ve built Pro Tools computers for some incredibly talented producers, musicians and world renowned studios. You can find me behind the board, desk, a laptop screen, workbench and occasionally on stage pouring it all out. Music and audio are my passion, my life, and I hope more than anything my own children will carry on this legacy and I strive to inspire them in the same ways I was growing up.”
